Unfortunately, I don't remember which wires go where.<br /><br />Traditionally, there should be one wire for the right audio channel, one wire for the left audio channel, one wire for the composite (yellow) video channel and two or three for the S-Video.<br /><br />There are no separate ground wires for the RCA connectors. Instead, the wires should be shielded.
